We have worked during this time to develop virtual fundraising ideas and hybrid fundraising options so that your seasonal fundraising and holiday shoppes can still continue uninterrupted. Our goal is for students, teachers, families, and other school members to look forward to the holiday season with cheer and excitement.

In an effort to accommodate everyone’s organizational needs, we have put together some new online fundraising ideas for schools to utilize. Choose from:
Traditional Fundraising: School Delivery
- Volunteers select dates, brochures, prizes, and incentives
- Brochure packets are sent to the school
- In-person or video kickoff for students
- Students take home brochures and share them with family and friends
- Customers can pay for brochure purchases with a credit card using our “Mobile Pay” option
- Students register online and share with family and friends via social media, email, and text
- Students enter order form online –OR– return order form and money to the school
- Orders are packed per student and shipped directly to the school
Hybrid Fundraising: Home Delivery
- Volunteers select dates, brochures, prizes, and incentives
- Brochure packets are sent to the school
- Video kickoff for students
- Students take home brochures and share them with family and friends
- Customers can pay for brochure purchases with a credit card using our “Mobile Pay” option
- Students register online and share with family and friends via social media, email, and text
- Students enter order form online –OR– return order form and money to the school
- Orders are packed per student and shipped directly to the students home
It can be run, so there is only 1 touchpoint in school: Brochure distribution. Handing out the brochure has always resulted in larger school sales. Families can enter their order form online, and orders can be sent directly to students’ homes.
Virtual Fundraising: Home Delivery

- A Parent letter is emailed to students
- Students register online and share with family and friends via social media, email, and text
- Orders are shipped directly to the customers home
Online Fundraising can be combined with Traditional or Hybrid Fundraising for schools that have both students in the classroom and students studying online from home.
Example: If you have 500 students in your school and 300 are in the classroom (even for a few days a week), we can send 300 brochures to the school for them to take home and run a traditional or hybrid fundraiser. For the 200 students studying online from home, you email them the parent letter/email for the online fundraising option.

Virtual fundraising events will need to run in November, with all final orders being placed by the Thanksgiving holiday. This will allow our additional elves (workers assisting with packing and shipping) to get everything delivered on time for the Christmas season. To accommodate orders by Hanukkah, let us know so we can prepare accordingly.
Final profits to the school will range based on which virtual fundraising idea you opt for, with Traditional and Touchless Shoppes providing the highest profit.
